Koraishuti Kochuri/Peas Kachori

Koraishuti kochuri or peas kachori is very famous during winters.You can eat this in breakfast as well as snack in the evening.You can make the mixture before hand and use them in need.It stays in the fridge for 3 days.During winter you get fresh peas and the so it is very tasty to eat.

Ingredients
Fresh Green peas-500 gm peeled and washed.
Ginger-1/2 inch
Green chillis-3
Hing/Asafoetida-pinch
Roasted spice mix-1 tp(Cumin,coriander,fennel seeds,whole garam masala)
salt and sugar to taste
white oil

First make a paste.In a mixer jar add green peas,ginger,green chillis,hing,roaste garam masala,water and make a thick paste.Water should be enough to make a thick smooth paste. 

Added 2 tbsp of water

Paste is ready to be sauted.

In a pan add 1tp white oil and saute this paste with salt and sugar till the water dries off.

Take it out in a bowl and cool the mixture completly.


To make the dough we require 3 cups flour, 1/2 cup wheat flour,salt and oil.Knead it tightly with warm water.


It is nicely kneaded.Give it resting time.


Cover it with wet clothes for atleast 15 min.

After 15 min it is ready.Make small balls with the help of your palm.

Make a katori  and fill it with the peas mixture.Take 1 tp of the mixture to fill. 

Now cover it from sides and make balls again to roll.

These are ready to be rolled.

Take flour and nicely roll it,be careful so that the mixture does not come out.


Now deep fry them until it turns golden and crispy 

Drain the excess oil and serve hot.

Serve it with aloo dum.
