Khejur gur er payesh

Ingredients
Rice-(Gobindo Bhog)-1 cup
Sugar-2 cups(to taste)
Date palm Jaggery-To taste
Choco chips-few
Batasha-5
Full cream milk-3 cups

Method
1 Boil milk in a pan till it is semi thick.
2 Now put the soaked rice in the milk and cook the rice in the milk.
3 Once the rice is cooked add sugar and batasha and cook.
4 At last put the date palm jaggery(khejur gur).Be careful as it might split.Lower the flame.
5 Garnish with choco chips.
